BILL DOUGLASS: Music Samples
< Back

These clips represent a sample of the extensive discography of Bill Douglass. He has been the bassist of choice for Marian McPartland on her West Coast tours since 1985, and has recorded 4 CD's with her. "The Single Petal of a Rose", was voted one of the top jazz disk for 2000 by The New Yorker magazine.

Bill is also much in demand on the local scene in the San Francisco Bay Area, where he recently completed a 10 week engagement with the fantastic singer Paula West, performing nightly to sold out crowds at The Plush Room in San Francisco.
